GIANNUTRI ISLAND

This island, steeped in history and also known as the Islands of Seagulls (Isola dei Gabbiani), is part of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park. It is home to numerous remains of Roman civilization, most notably the precious marbles of the villa belonging to the ancient Enobarbi family.

Its pristine waters make it a true jewel among the islands. However, visitors must take care to swim only in areas permitted by the park’s regulations.

  • Summer: The island can be reached daily.

  • Winter: Ferries are only available on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
